Stylish Custom Labeled Bottled Water

Simply put, Pura Flo is your one-stop-shop for water bottle label design, filling, labeling, packaging, and shipping. It doesn't matter if your prefer our 10 oz or 16.9 oz bottles, we will create a beautiful canvas to display your logo or personal message.

Plus, our labels are well-constructed. They're permanently adhered to every bottle and will not peel, even when they're soaked, refrigerated, or iced. Unlike our competitors - many of whom use cheap paper labels - we're dedicated to providing you with the highest quality labels available.

Preferred File Requirements

  • Illustrator – Preferred program for flexo printing. Save as Illustrator File. Do not use transparencies. Do not embed placed images.
  • Freehand – Save as freehand file or eps.
  • CorelDraw – save as illustrator file. Send original CorelDraw file and convert Illustrator file.
  • Photoshop – (with layers) Do not typeset in Photoshop. Save as CMYK 300dpi. eps or tiff.

Scans and Placed Art

Include all linked files, i.e. eps files and their originals, TIFFs, JPEGs, and Photoshop documents. Scanned images must be at least 300 dpi and at 100% in placed layout. Do Not Use RGB colors. Rotate and crop all images in Photoshop. Do not embed or rasterize a placed image in the layout file. If complex images are created in Photoshop using layers, please include the original layered file before flattening.

Colors

Properly defined process (CMYK) or spot (PMS- pantone solid coated). If white is an actual color, use a designated spot color to represent white. Do Not set anything to overprint. Screen Percentages of colors are 5% – 90%. These percentages are used to avoid loss of image information and quality.

Bleed

Minimum of 1/8″ (0.125″) bleed on each side.

Label Sizes

  • 10 oz bottle = 2.00'' x 7.35'' 
  • 16.9 oz bottle = 2.00'' x 7.375'' 

Production Time for Artwork

Once artwork is submitted to the graphics department, it takes 2-3 business days to generate a proof. Once we receive the proof, we will email it to the customer for approval. This timeline does not include any changes that need to be made after proof is generated. That could be an extra 1-2 days for changes. You can email artwork to meganv@mypuraflo.com.

All you have to do is send us your logo and we'll create a FREE virtual sample of the logo as it will appear on out bottles. After your order is placed, we'll design the official label, including all of your custom additions like phone numbers, addresses, messages, and more.
